The Daily Islamic Curse Hundreds of millions of moderate Muslims pray five times a day. Prayer (Salat) is one of Islam’s five pillars. Without Salat, Allah promises Muslims eternity in hellfire. In every prayer cycle, they recite Surah Al-Fatiha (the most repeated and popular Surah in the Quran), which asks Allah for guidance on the straight path… …explicitly a different path than the path of those who are cursed (the Jews) and those who are astray (the Christians). This specific line, describing Jews as cursed and Christians as lost, is repeated 40–50 times daily. Out loud. In mosques worldwide. In homes. Broadcast from minarets. And then we’re surprised by widespread intolerance toward Jews and Christians?
The simple challenge to Mosab Hassan Yousef
Challenge 1:
Show me where in Surah al-Fatihah where it states, as you said “This specific line, describing Jews as cursed and Christians as lost“
Al Faatiha, 1:7
Siraatal lazeena an’amta alaihim ghayril maghdoobi alaihim wa-lad daaalleen
— Transliteration (Tajweed)
the Path of those You have blessed—not those You are displeased with, or those who are astray.[1]
— The Clear Quran (Mustafa Khattab)
[1] It is customary to say “Âmîn” or “Amen” at the end of this sûrah.

O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of God is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And God has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things). ~ Quran 49:13
