The Phoenix police targeted Muhammad Muhaymin Jr. for his race and class. They mocked him for his Muslim faith and disability. Then they brutally killed him in a community center parking lot. None of the officers involved in this murder have faced any consequences.
As police pressed their knees to his neck and Muhaymin pleaded to God, the officers ridiculed him, saying: “Allah? He’s not going to help you right now.”
Demand that Phoenix Mayor Gallego direct the police department to fire these officers and that Maricopa County Attorney Adel charge and arrest the officers and appoint a special criminal prosecutor with no conflicts of interest.
